Financial Policy

We will provide a treatment cost estimate at the time of your visit. If you have dental insurance, we will accept all PPO Plans and file the claim for you.

Billing for Patient Portion (Out of Pocket Costs):

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover to cover the out of pocket costs for treatment.  Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at South Texas Endodontics Phone Number 361-992-7871. 

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

For your convenience we also offer the following monthly payment options:

• SunBit – Pay as you go option based on qualification – Interest free plans available for those that qualify.
• Care Credit – Interest free payment plans for those that qualify.
